Visual effects company Digital Film Tools has just released new versions of of their Composite Suite Pro and zMatte tools, enabling support for the OFX plug-in format, as well as Nuke and Sony Vegas support.

Composite Suite Pro is a set of composting visual effects plug-ins (correction, blur, grain, matte manipulation, lens distortion, lighting effects, edge blending) tried and tested in Hollywood productions for years. zMatte is a full-featured keyer that is the result of Digital Film Tools’ experience in creating hundreds of successful blue and green screen composites. Using proprietary matte extraction techniques, zMatte quickly and simply creates mattes with minimal parameters, even when dealing with fine hair detail, smoke or reflections. It is easy to use, yet provides the necessary tools when faced with difficult shots — tools such as multiple matte creation, automatic spill suppression, sophisticated matte and edge manipulation, and color correction.
